Meet Margaret Allard

I come from a large family of creative makers and doers, painters, photographers, and writers. Family is really important to me. We gather our large group together each summer in the same seaside village where my grandfather was born. History, ritual, and family dinners all form the foundation for our expressive way of living.

My mother is a natural cook, entertainer and gardener. The bounty of her garden inspires me. Born in Asia, I have an appreciation for simplicity, the beauty of color, line, and the importance of balance. For 34 years, I was a 4th grade school teacher, bringing my creative vision into the classroom. All along the way, flowers have been my passion. Every family event - big or small - bridal showers, birthday parties, a simple family dinner - I am the go-to for the flowers.

When I’m not arranging flowers, I love to travel with my husband and two children. I play tennis and needlepoint up a storm! I love to read a good book on the beach and sip a glass of wine with friends.

I am resourceful and love the challenge of working with any budget - big or small. I work to find unusual and stunning combinations that meet your budget and exceed your wishes. I look forward to working with you!
